Eliminate all Google apps from your phone, including the Chrome browser. The best option would be to install a custom ROM like Lineage OS. If your phone doesn't let you install custom roms, you can still disable most google apps and block all Google services manually using NetGuard. Most Google apps have an open source alternative, so instead of Google Play Store, you can use Aurora, or F-Droid. For maps you can use Organic Maps (which also works offline), etc.
