Firefox privacy, security and anti-tracking: a comprehensive user.js template for configuration and hardening
This is the wrong way of doing changes on the arkenfox template, you need to change it on your user-overrides.js file and them update your user.js file using the update script for the changes be merged, if you don't know what are saying read this https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/wiki/3.1-Overrides and https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/wiki/5.1-Updater-%5BOptions%5D
It's a bit ridiculous IMO that Firefox still doesn't check certificate transparency logs (a security feature that provides protection against wrongly-issued HTTPS certificates)
