    If you're willing to use the command line a bit (and if you're switching to Linux, you have to be) you might check out rclone rclone.exe copy /path/to/source /path/to/destination should work on windows. Drop the .exe for Linux. If you don't switch right away, running the same command will update the destination without recopying identical files.
