Dolphin is a GameCube / Wii emulator, allowing you to play games for these two platforms on PC with improvements.
Yes, all of the ones I mentioned. Dolphin emulates GameCube and Wii games, SNES9x is good for SNES emulation, but apparently another emulator called higan is more accurate and also supports NES, GB, GBA, and MSX if you wanted to play Metal Gear Solid. It requires more CPU time, so it might have performance issues.
