What agents are you using for your libraries? What that guide doesn't mention directly is that automatically downloading subtitles only works with the legacy agents. The newer Plex Movie and Plex TV Series agents don't have the same OpenSubtitles integration, and there's no way to get Plex itself to automatically download subtitles AFAIK. You'll probably have better luck looking into outside programs like Bazarr to handle it.
