I personally use Buku: https://github.com/jarun/buku/ Works pretty well for me, specially with its web frontend (bukuserver).

I think wallbag now supports getting the data from the Extension natively since the dependency graby provides this functionality (See this issue for some background).

I have been using Linkding for the past few months. It is pretty decent, lightweight and have the features you want. It have have the archiving feature.
