Minimal single line tab bar: Buttons only shown on hover (css in comment)

  Firefox userChrome.css which puts the address bar and tab bar on a single line and only displays the UI buttons on mouse over.

Try the updated version on the repo here: https://github.com/TRPB/FewerFox This is set so that if the address bar has focus or the panel is being hovered over then it's expanded. So when new tab is pressed, the URL bar is expanded.
