Can anyone recommend a self hosted AI for sorting dashcam footage?

I'm looking to add some automation to my dashcam. I've worked out how to automatically download footage from it to my server (Blackvue hacks with a script but I'll take any suggestions), but I need recommendations for automatically sorting the footage based on its content. Frigate doesn't do mp4 or car crash identification well, is there any system out there that can do what I need?
