Embed a Collection of Forms of an inheritance mapped entity?

There's a third party bundle that seems maintained at first glance: https://github.com/infinite-networks/InfiniteFormBundle using the "PolyCollection" type they created. Will give it a shot. Alternatively, I will use Traits instead of inheritance, but it seems like an antipattern.
