So far I'm unconvinced a 34MB binary blob is more free than OpenZFS.

  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • zfs

    OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD

From what I understand, the current solution for ZFS on Linux, OpenZFS, is not even an Oracle product. I cannot find any information on copyright transfer. If there is not any, then it would be the same situation as Linux. Every single individual contributor has the right to sue.

  • ROCm-OpenCL-Runtime

    Discontinued ROCm OpenOpenCL Runtime

Its definitely workable if you're willing to put in the effort (except for things that are straight up broken in some cases, like device side enqueue), but there are some issues that require.. fairly major workarounds

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
