Unbound is a validating, recursive, and caching DNS resolver.

Unbound (Website and Github) is a validating, recursive, caching DNS resolver available on both Linux and Windows crap. Perfect to avoid your ISP's DNS. First query can be kind of slow but once cached it's unnoticeable. Most package managers on Linux will install Unbound. However, a much less invasive method of running Unbound is using Docker.
