  • Nebula

A scalable overlay networking tool with a focus on performance, simplicity and security

  • At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to host a Slack Nebula lighthouse in DigitalOcean and use an nginx reverse proxy to forward traffic over the Nebula connections. Using this method, I am able to point multiple DNS records directly at the Nebula server on DigitalOcean and forward traffic into my homelab accordingly, all without forwarding ports. I'm using this method to host a few game servers and small web projects at the moment.
