GYB downloads are super fast whatever your network can handle, but upload is snail slow. GYB uploads by default 15 msg at a time, but I got this error. Limiting to 10msg fixed it. For 75k 10GB took almost 24hrs.
I've been using imapsync (https://github.com/imapsync/imapsync) to transfer multiple 15+gb mailboxes from Legacy Free accounts to standard Gmail accounts. It's been working flawlessly so far. Highly recommended.
