Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
It's an early alpha and at the moment it's basic, yet good enough to draw forms and generate JSON and UI schema for https://jsonforms.io/ The overall idea is to be able to visually scaffold a customizable JSX which automates the complexity of form state management, dialogs and nested forms in those dialogs. It also generates JSON schema which can be tweaked and served from backend with the "default" properties to specify the initial data. Please give your feedback.
