WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
OSS sometimes has advantages and other times is bad. For example I don't know a good OSS photo editing software. GIMP is clunky. Inkscape isn't too bad. But on the other hand there are tools like CryptPad that are open sourced and more secure alternatives to popular software (in this case Google Suite or Office 365). Or things like Signal. There's a slow turn towards privacy and "best of both worlds" but it is slow and we need more momentum.
