    Sonarr / Radarr / Jackett / NZBGet / Deluge / OpenVPN / Plex

I'm relatively new at this so it's very possible I'm making some kind of dumb mistake. I currently have deluge in a stack with dperson/openvpn-client to run through a PIA vpn (I used https://github.com/sebgl/htpc-download-box as a basic guide). Things seem to be working quite well and I'm able to download torrents without any problems (and my external IP is the vpn), however I've noticed that in spite of seeding a number of torrents, I never actually upload anything. I'm wondering if this is a port issue, but I'm just not sure how to diagnose the problem.
