Lol don’t worry about asking. I actually included it in the title hoping someone like you would see how GD can be played on Linux. Geometry Dash was one of my main concerns when switching as well, and so I just tried it and I haven’t experienced anything game breaking while running it through Proton on Steam. The only tweak I think I had to make was that the game only ran at 60 fps with vsync enabled at first so I had to change the refresh rate with xrandr to play at my monitor’s refresh rate. https://protondb.com is a good resource to find other people’s experiences with steam games. I’ve never tried using software like megahack, so I don’t know whether it works or not. If it doesn’t work, there’s probably some Linux version of CheatEngine that you could use to write to certain addresses in gd’s memory. You could find where and what to write here: https://github.com/absoIute/Mega-Hack-v5/tree/master/bin/hacks
