nvidia-patch
This patch removes restriction on maximum number of simultaneous NVENC video encoding sessions imposed by Nvidia to consumer-grade GPUs.
After revisiting this application I remember why I didn't stick to it. For some reason when trying to record with the konsole command "gpu-screen-recorder -w screen-direct -c mp4 -f 60 -o /home/user/Videos/video.mp4" the konsole shows an error message of "Error: Invalid external buffer capabilities". I made sure my Nvidia Driver is NvFBC patched using nvidia-patch. I also tried the GUI frontend of the app and it didn't work either. Only the "Window" or "Focused window" options works for me which doesn't have the VRR workaround I am assuming as it disables my GSync while recording/streaming.

Try with Obs-vkcapture. It doesn't work through x11 to record the picture, so you got better chances of it not messing with gsync.
