InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
Also, I've used Let's Encrypt for local IIS machines where certs can automatically renew - works great. Brain dead easy to setup. Use either WinAcme or Certify the web with IIS and life is simple. Let's Encrypt is a great, free solution, if you can manage the automatic renewal stuff -- if it's say a certificate on a Wireless AP controller... yeah, that's gonna be a pain probably.
