Our great sponsors
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • BorgBackup

Deduplicating archiver with compression and authenticated encryption.

  • I already found out Borg Backup but unfortunately, it only has native support for Linux. There are other clients like Vorta for Borg Backup but it basically is linux version running on windows. I have some criterias that are critical:

  • kopia

Cross-platform backup tool for Windows, macOS & Linux with fast, incremental backups, client-side end-to-end encryption, compression and data deduplication. CLI and GUI included.

  • Sadly, i didn't find anything TrueNAS related so i could directly connect to TrueNAS and have some additional support or features. I also know about Kopia which i really like but the only thing holding me back is it doesn't backup stuff in default form and instead, storing it into blocks.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
