    Gamepad firmware for Raspberry Pi Pico and other RP2040 microcontrollers supporting Nintendo Switch, XInput and DirectInput

    The cheapest option by far is a Raspberry Pi Pico running GP2040. This will require you to do some soldering though. It also requires a bit of admin to get the firmware loaded onto the Pico. It is only compatible with PS4 games if they have legacy controller support.
