shallow-render
Angular testing made easy with shallow rendering and easy mocking. https://getsaf.github.io/shallow-render
If your looking for a way to make testing simpler check out https://github.com/ngneat/spectator
No way, you just mock the services. Check out this library: https://www.npmjs.com/package/ng-mocks
My place uses shallow-renderer for unit testing and I feel it makes writing unit tests a lot easier than raw TestBed.
