I'm not sure how to do it using Java, but with Node you can use napi-rs. This will make the transition easier and smoother. Secondly, I would suggest to point out all the infra requirements - what infra services do you use? Redis, Mongo, etc. Make sure all features are supported by Rust. Logging and metrics are important, so make sure your logging infra will be easy to integrate with Rust.
