If possible, you should handle packages through XBPS. It makes uninstalling and error checking easier. I'm assuming you are building libxft-bgra manually. There is a pull request providing libXft-bgra, but it got rejected for reasons described in the pull request. You should clone void-packages and do what paper42_ said.
