I want to switch over to Mac OS from Windows. Anybody here have experience/advice?

Just the small tip. If you don't want to pay for Magnet app then you can use free open-source alternative called Rectangle. It has also a Pro version but you can check and see what better suits your needs. But Rectangle is really great for simple window management
