In the cloud, I've used quite a few services, incluing IFTTT, Microsoft Power Automate, and Zapier. I've had the most luck, however, with n8n. That allows me to join pretty much all of the stuff together.
If you're anything like me you won't use anything that has complicated steps, requires going to a different website, finding stuff, and all that rubbish. To get around this, I use automation to get stuff done. I do this on my own computer in the form of Python and Powershell scripts, and on my phone using Tasker. If you're using Windows, you might also check out AutoHotKey.
