Like Adguard DNS, you can also get signed profiles to install on your iOS device, but Next DNS is more configurable and allows you to pick and choose from a number of filterlists, along with other features. With NextDNS you can also manually add whatever domains you want into the 'Denylist' in your profile if needed, but this will only work when not connected to ProtonVPN.
