  So, there is a way, but it's a ball ache and i've only lightly looked at it in the past so you'd have to research the ins and outs yourself. But you could use google's custom search API to search the entire web for your value, (amending the custom search settings to include images). From there use some javascript to parse the JSON to get the image url and then use =IMAGE
