Developer of Lunar here. This has been asked on Lunar's Github and I've looked into it out of curiosity, but I don't think it's possible or even needed.
Quick plug for (free) Monitor Control! Tons of customization, and you can set a threshold for minimum brightness—after which it will lower contrast on the display to dim everything even further. On my external monitors 25% is "minimum" yet I can lower it further at night to save my eyes.
