Yeah, you can use some good emulator like PCSX2. You also need to get a PS2 BIOS, which you can get the alternative way or by doing some methods with a PS2 (but you'd just play the game if you had a PS2, right?). Once the emulator is up and running you can play your original disk just like that or find an iso image of the game.

Adding to this comment, I would avoid the steam release, since that's an independent repackage of the free game that's a fair amount of updates behind and has no affiliation with the official devs. Check the https://wz2100.net site for the direct download to a client-less version, directly from the current developers (wz2100 project) and up to date.
