Got a little bored of the abstract wallpapers that come by default.

This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on /r/gnome

Our great sponsors
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • There's also this if you don't want to make your own and just want some more wallpapers quickly.

  • dynamic-gnome-wallpapers

A collection of awesome dynamic wallpapers for Gnome, and easy scripts to install them

I just pulled the files from this. I already had them installed.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • go-unsplash

Go Client for the Unsplash API

They look nice, but I'm more into the nature ones from unsplash.com and sometimes bing picture of the day.

  • Arch doesn't have it yet, but you can use this repo to get updates before they reach the official repo. Or I run fedora silverblue, which makes it really easy to switch to fedora 36 (which ships GNOME 42) and back

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
