A pass extension for importing data from most of the existing password manager.
Pass uses git to store the passwords. You can set up a bare repo on one machine and clients can sync passwords with git push/pull. passwordstore.org has a list of supported clients.
Android application compatible with ZX2C4's Pass command line application
If you're using an Android, the Android Password Store app can sync data from pass if pass data is in a bare git repository.
