i see you solved this. if you've ever hacked things together in other programming languages, trying to google things for skript can be a nightmare in comparison. so i invite you to the docs: https://docs.skriptlang.org/ if you know how to look, these can be extremely useful. for example there is a sample command right there in the homepage.
