Go to the settings menu in the Popcorn-time app and scroll down to the bottom, where you'll see an 'API server(s)' option. Copy-paste https://popcorn-time.ga/ in the 'Movies/Series API server' tab and once a green icon appears on the top-right corner of your screen, you'll be asked to restart the app. It worked for me once I tried this.
