Don't use your org domain as the from email address. Use a sub domain like [email protected]. You may be able to leave the smtp settings blank and it'll still work, if not run an open relay somewhere on your network and use that. Make sure the relay only allows incoming connections from inside your network. And if you are paranoid add authentication to it. https://mailcow.email/ is super easy to setup.
I use SendGrid and AWS SES for this. SendGrid is easier to set up. SES is probably cheaper for > 100 emails a day.
