  For management and setup I use Saltbox/Cloudbox. For public trackers you can use a separate torrent client that routes the traffic through a VPN (Saltbox has DelugeVPN or one of Cloudbox VPN-enabled clients in the Community repo). If you don't need to seed on public though I'd recommend a debrid service (All Debrid, Real Debrid, Premiumize) + pyload, it's cheap, fast, avoids DMCA and doesn't eat your upload bandwidth. Germany is very strict about piracy so under no circumstances should you join a public swarm without a VPN. They will ban you as they have to, legally.
