I would use both.. Java solves a lot of problems very easily ( check out quarkus.io ) .. go is pretty cool and solves a lot of problems better suited... I think having a combo of both in your application would be very beneficial.. either way, you will run into situations where you'd long to solve in java .. and say go will be a better fit.
