Either way, when you have an OpenAPI definition, you'll need to just host it somewhere. If you want browsable HTML docs, you'll need to generate them yourself. You'll also need to host them somewhere yourself (i.e., S3 static site hosting would be easiest). You'll need to set that stuff up yourself, and ideally setup a CI process to handle updates.
