Parsing the query in this form is a breeze, unlike real SQL. Please note that there is a uniform syntax for logical operations and predicates "is equal to", "greater than" and even "matches the regular expression". By the way, the regular expression can also be described in the tree format, which will make it much more supported.
I have a prototype of such utility which I sometimes use to view live dev server logs. It will be great if someone undertakes to implement a complete set of tools. And when there are tools, then software developers will be motivated to write logs not randomly, but in a structured way.
