  • leerob.io

✨ My portfolio built with Next.js, Tailwind, and Vercel.

For Next, the best option I know of at the moment is [Contentlayer](contentlayer.dev). It's really good but the documentation is only have done, and it's super alpha. Lee Robinson is the Director of Developer Relations at Vercel (the company that made and maintains NextJS) has a great example website, [leerob.io](leerob.io) and has the code open-sourced. I used leerob.io's code as a template for implementing Contentlayer myself and it was a really good experience that I can recommend.

The file-based CMS for your Nuxt application, powered by Markdown and Vue components. (by nuxt)

Yeah, so a CMS is more for internally generated complex content. And there's great services for implementing a CMS but none of them are super cheap. For small sites, I usually opt for a Git-based CMS, which is to say: content that's actually stored and managed within the application repo, but separate from the code. Nuxt is just Next for Vue, and they have an amazing tool for this called @nuxt/content. Take a look at some of those videos to see the advantages it provides.
