I found this tool https://github.com/crschnick/pdx_unlimiter that allows you to use another tool called Eu4saveeditor which has a map gui which is what I am looking for. The problem is that my current version of eu4 1.29 is imcompatible with this later tool... It needs 1.31. Is there a way to upgrade the version of eu4 using the ck2 converted campaign mod? Because the mod file says explicitly that it's only compatible with that older version and I already tried using converted files from long ago and it's not retrocompatible.
