    Vuetify - the alpha can be installed with this workaround, though I've seen some comments say that a lot of components in the alpha aren't ready for Vue 3 yet. When I tried this one, it caused such a strange lagging issue in my browser (firefox) that I haven't been able to diagnose yet.

    Vuestic UI - works with Vue 3, but trying to add it as a plugin to Nuxt3 produces the error HTMLInputElement is not defined (detailed in this issue), which I guess means it doesn't work out of the box for SSR.
