That is not the Vanced website. The official website is https://vancedapp.com. If you irresponsibly download Vanced/MicroG from some sketchy scam site and log in with your Google credentials, I wouldn't be surprised if your accounts are compromised.
MicroG was created as an open source alternative to Google's closed source Google Play Services. That's literally the only reason it exists.
