WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
I was indexing the data directly into Elasticsearch (authenticated + SSL). You can see the project here: https://github.com/patw/esp8266-dht22-kibana
Sure! It's actually pretty simple at the heart of it, all because of a great python module called phue. It allows one to setup pretty much anything with a little code know how. If you're unfamiliar with code, python is as easy as it gets, and the tutorial on the phue link makes it clear what's what. So I wrote a tiny python script that runs in the background and checks for the processes associated with a live zoom meeting. If yes, turn that light on and make it red,and record the previous state. When the meeting ends, it triggers a command to restore the previous state, whether that was on, or off, or what ever else. At one point we were using a voice assistant to trigger light activities and such, but decided that our privacy was more important, and so ditched the assistant.
