Is it safer to have an random MAC address for every time you connect to an WiFi network or should it be random. Asking this because in this link https://github.com/Qubes-Community/Contents/blob/master/docs/privacy/anonymizing-your-mac-address.md it tells you how to randomize your MAC (excluding the option in network manager) to do it manually for each WiFi connection it says it will be persistent mac, does this effect anonymity to have an persistent mac or should it random for every time you connect to the particular WiFi network.
