This will be a funny one but I use PlayNite to organize all of my video games on my PC (emulator games, Steam, Origin, Battle.net, etc.) and keep track of playtime, achievement progress, etc.
I use Toggl to track time spent being productive on different areas of focus and when I forget to set a timer I use ActivityWatch to record what was doing as well.
