Is there an app for mac that can pop up a window with a hotkey that will contain Vim's cheatsheet?

cheat.sh is a site that provides cheatsheet functionality. Navigating to cheat.sh/vim will get you the basic keyboard shortcuts. Navigating to cheat.sh/vim/uppercase will search for help on how to use uppercase in vim.
