  • extension-manager

A utility for browsing and installing GNOME Shell Extensions.

You can get it on flathub here (the update should be processed in a few hours time). If you would like to try it straight away, you can get a prebuilt flatpak from the project page (requires gnome-nightly).

  • distrobox

Use any linux distribution inside your terminal. Enable both backward and forward compatibility with software and freedom to use whatever distribution you’re more comfortable with. Mirror available at: https://gitlab.com/89luca89/distrobox

You put your development utilities in their own containers, either via toolbox https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-silverblue/toolbox/ or distrobox https://github.com/89luca89/distrobox . That way you get a unbreakable OS that can take care of everything itself (updating flatpak applications and updating itself). All the cruft is tacked away in designated development environments. That way you can also work on projects requiring different versions of the same things hassle free for example. Or you can e.g. use Arch and AUR for something that has very recent dependencies, while your base OS is solid Silverblue

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • toolbox-vscode

    Toolbox Visual Studio Code integration
