    Sounds like you might be on an nvidia GPU? There is a known issue with later DXVK versions that causes stuttering the more character models the game has to load. You can see this bug report for detailed discussion on it if I'm right about your GPU: https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/issues/2210
