    There are some providers that offer a 'managed Nextcloud', in which you have admin rights and can install all apps you want. If you want the google import feature and maybe some more exotic Nextcloud apps, I would suggest such a provider. You can take a look at available apps under https://apps.nextcloud.com (mostly not official apps)
